Basic feature absent absent in AmazonPrime, Hotstar, SonyLiv etc

Why do a few popular OTTs or video streaming services not have a “playback speed change” feature? This is such a basic feature that even Netflix and YouTube have it. It’s a little annoying that the other OTTs don’t have it.
