How to get Resume Shortlisted

I am from Tier-I CSE grad, working in startups since college. Not sure why, but never have my resume got shortlisted in MSFT and Amazon. I am not sure what they try to find in my resume, or whether they even look at it or not. One thing I am sure is I can crack their interviews 4 out of 5 times. I have even cold-emailed managers and recruiters but they don't even reply. Any suggestions?

I am a SWE (full stack) with ~2.5 YOE from a Tier 1 college with tier 2-3 startup experience. People from Big tech, how do I get shortlisted? How to increase my observability?

I worked for the first 3 years of my career as an SDE at a bank. I was allocated to an internal tooling team which meant that I got no exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, architectures like microservices and frameworks like Spring Boot which are in high demand today. I wasn't even allowed a team change in that bank. To compensate for this lack of experience, I created a basic project from scratch involving these technologies. But still, my resume is not getting shortlisted at any premier company for SDE/SDE2 positions. I would really appreciate if you guys could please suggest a way forward for me and help me out. Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people. Can some people from rippling confirm these ? - Is there really that much requirement ? - Are they really paying 1Cr above for staff and Em levels ? - Is the company generating good revenue? - Are they moving teams from US to india ? - Howiz the work culture in the company? Few questions: 1. a lot of companies are hiring through crewscale, etc. they are offering low salary as per the role. are companies paying low salary to them or they are taking a big cut? do people treat them differently once they join a company via crewscale? 2. Hi, i work in the Investment Banking role at a big reputed firm but my role is sort of backend only. Recently i have been applying to a lot of jobs in the IB profile (other profiles where i apply are: equity research analyst, Corporate strategy etc.) but my resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere. Can someone please help me with the same. I have attached a snapshot of my job description as i have in my resume. Is it the correct way of putting it or should i change it, i am not sure?
