Dubai- Salary for 4yr PQE (Project manager)

What should be a suitable salary for a project manager (role also involves implementation) for a SaaS startup in Dubai for 5 years of experience.

I know there are lots of variables to a salary but what can be a range ? Also, any estimation to what Dubai equivalent to a Rs 25 lakh salary in India looks like? Also, what can be good resources to find the salary range for salaries in Dubai (like Glassdoor in India).

I am a PM in India with a current salary of 35 LPA. The company has launched in Dubai and have asked me to move there. What should the comparable compensation be there? Any advice from PMs here working in Dubai?
