Jio Cinema Feedback

Hey @championswimmer I use hotstar, Netflix, Sony LIV and Prime as premium user and all of them are doing great. Only #jiocinema looks like lagging. Apart from crashes and memes, few honest feedbacks and suggestions. 1. FHD or HD also looks like 480p on JioCinema app. 2. Concurrent user during live sports instead of total viewers 3. Ad experience is very bad even as premium user, that's a complaint for star and Amazon also. I dunno y 4. Recommendation engine isn't strong like peers. Guys u can also add ur issues below. Hope u take these feedbacks positively and do a freestyle lap inorder to fix these butterfly kinda issues.

There is no option to logout from all devices at once There is an option to remove from watch history in mobile app but not on desktop app

JIO Cinema hot take.

I know JIO Cinema has a great engineering team and lots of money but i really don't like the product. UI feels cluttered, livestream also feels pixalated anyone else feels the same. I really liked hotstar honestly and i was expecting jiocinema would be same as the tech team is pretty much same.

Rant on JioCinema as a platform

Frankly it is quite shitty, the entire UX. It is down quite frequently (at least for me), the homepage itself doesn't load just shows a black screen with the ghost loading for titles, a lot of the times the posters for movies are interchanged etc etc. I feel like if viacom18 engineers do some engineering rather than giving each other medals on twitter and shitting all over twitter spaces, the platform might become better.

3.2 Cr concurrency on JioCinema for IPL final. What a great achievement! Disney Star/Star Sports has already sub-licensed their TV broadcasting rights of ICC ODI World Cup 2023 to Zee. Should Disney+ Hotstar also sub-license their digital rights to JioCinema? Hoping it will cross 3.2 Cr during Ind vs Pak.
