I have electronics as my preferred domain

Currently in 3rd year of B.Tech Electrical engineering from tier-1 college. I didn't get any internship as only 2 companies came for interns that too took only

Currently in 3rd year of B.Tech Electrical engineering from tier-1 college. I didn't get any internship as only 2 companies came for interns that too took only 6 people( 1 - nvidia and 5 - Texas). I tried applying on LinkedIn and Indeed  and cold mailing HRs but I am not getting any return mails from any HR. I have applied to the summer internship program of IITs but I think I don't have a chance as my CGPA is low compared to others(8.42/10). What do I do to get an intern?
