which credit card should I go for if i spend mostly on air travel and ordering food online? I don’t have any problems with paying annual fees.

You need two separate Credit cards. HDFC diners club for dining and for Air Travel I think ICICI has one with MMT.
Diners black is best for everything overall, only low acceptance is an issue.
IDFC Vistara for Travel & Indusind EazyDiner for Dining.
