While it's great to have, it doesn't seem possible as a policy/law in the near future as it's very competitive here.
But you can set the limits/boundaries by yourself to achieve a better WLB.

I am not sure about your role and industry, but I am certain that changing the project/company carefully can help you improve your WLB for sure.
And when you change it ensure to learn to say no to set the right expectations from the beginning.
