Birlasoft Hybrid Policy
I got an offer from Birlasoft. I wanted to how is hybrid working policy in birlasoft. How many days WFO and any flexibility in number hours to work from office. I'm currently working in Infosys and here there is hybrid policy where I work 10 days from office and rest WFH. In office, I have to complete 3.5 hrs and then for rest of the day can work from home.

3 days or 12 days per month criteria. Wfo culture depends on the grade also. Like for lower grades, wfo is not compulsory. Also there is no compulsory punch in hrs as far now. If you punch in and out within a sec also the system takes it as present. While checking out, they scan offc laptop. Maybe in future they will change, but now we are following like that.

But if u r in office u have to punch in and punch out right..so how many hours u stay in office. If u stay less than 9 do u get marked absent for that day
