BPO3 mein 2 saal ho gaye. Any idea when I can expect promotion to BPO4? Manager says performance based hai, but kuch clear nahi bata raha 😑

Depends on project. Some fast track, some slow.
Takes abt 3-4 yrs to get a good jump in role or pay, provided ur performance is solid. Could be faster if u stand out.
