Is BrowserStack toxic ?
Thinking about applying but read mixed reviews . Some rave and some say it’s cut throat competitive and toxic
Hi guys, Currently I am in a semi-toxic state in my current job and exploring browserstack as the new option. Have seen the reviews of Browserstack in this community. Very negative I know. But can someone share the latest status?
Would I be shooting myself in the foot by joining them?
I'm ex Bstack. Things are bad & getting worse. The oldies or OGs (internal for old timers) are only getting promoted. New ones are either put through a grind and the best ones are kept & rest are fired. Sinking ship!
Hi @SonyTark is it worth to join the company? For someone looking for a good WLB and less unnecessary urgency . Please advise any info iwill be helpful. Thanks!
Look for better options, Bstack wont be my 1st pref for WLB as the design team is constantly working on new projects and hence there is a fair amount of over working that may be required. Plus all design reviews go through founder approvals so there could be rework , redesign or even start from scratch.
Upside : Great minds in the design team , good products that are in the works Downside : founders still making decisions in minor impact areas , frustrated workforce , lots of senior level exits in the last 6 months leading to lots of tension within teams.
I want job at browser stack. How?
Almost all companies are like this, better to learn this skill to cope up or have thick skin
Heard similar things from my friend currently at BrowserStack. Bad WLB

Hey Grapeviners
Anybody here working with with Browserstack? On paper things look glorious and I’m connected with a few folks on LinkedIn as well. The employer branding looks good. I’m in love with their remote-first policy.
I am think...
I am currently interviewing with Browserstack for a sales role. Wanted to know more about their culture, day to day challenges, sales cycles, etc. Anyone here who can shed some light on it?
