I would say wait and watch.
Shares were transferred to her husband before she became SEBI chief. Clear transfer documents were shared by Ms. Buch. Not giving a clean chit to her but I read complete statements from both sides and felt Hidenburg missed clarity this time. Market response also showed it’s not only my viewpoint but majority thinks/interpreted the same.
Too soon to tell imo. Need to see if opposition puts enough pressure for fair investigation if required. I'm also keeping an open mind and waiting for developments.
