Deutsche Bank - Reviews ?

I'm currently a final year cse student at tier-1 College. I just got placed in Deutsche Bank for Analyst role - Technology, data and innovation division. I wanted to know how's the work culture in investment banking companies especially in Deutsche Bank if anyone's working there. I have heard a lot of negatives reviews regarding the work in IB's.

I would like to know how is it like working in Deutsche Bank for a developer. How is the career growth, work life balance, promotion and hike process. Please share your views here. Is it a good company to join or not.

Last week I visited to a private bank, there were almost 2-3 customers and 6-7 employee. Then suddenly manager came out to his chamber and start yelling to a female employee n was saying " tumhare vajah se aaj mujhko call karke 10- 10 hazaar ke liye bhikh mangna pad rha haiv, bhikhmange hai hum ? Sir ka call aayega abhi to kya bolunga, gaali denge mujhe , tum log ko to de nhi skta Mai" and nobody was responding. It's was really tight moment. That day I was thinking how someone works in that hectic environment.. really very high work pressure for just 20-25k rupees 🥲

Hi all, Is anyone working in DBS bank in C2MA platform (Analytics platform) ? I got an opportunity as business analyst. I wanted to understand about the growth opportunities and work life balance. How much increment can a Graduate Analyst at Deutsche Bank India expect?? How is the work is it hectic or flexible?

Has anyone heard about/worked at Branch International(branchapp.in)? Saw a couple of Glassdoor reviews but wanted to hear from someone working there currently if the culture, wlb and compensation is good.
