Flipkart has frozen increments

News is saying 70% of employees are getting hikes. And 30% of them aren't getting any. Any idea how much hikes they are giving to the rest 70% people?

I'm working at payU payment from 2 years and from last two years they are giving the increments in single digit, is the market is bad ? Last year I got 4% increment I was informed by my manager that company is not doing good same has happened this year again I got only 4% incriment. In my team I have seen people are getting 8-10% also and in other team few have got 12% also, however I feel even 12% is the highest still it seems too low. is this is happening everywhere or it's just payU?

I think things are getting toxic and the majority of employees have been left disappointed.

Can someone pls share the compensation range for grade 12 and 13 @flipkart with fixed, variable and ESOP components.

Got a call from one acquaintance looking for opportunities outside Flipkart informing me that downsizing discussions are going on amid hiring freeze which is ongoing since last 1 year. Does anyone have more info on this?

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being broke as giving an organisation your 5 years of handwork, 7% is nothing. Has anyone else faced this in 2023 ?

It has asked people to put down paper voluntary to receive severance pay to make it seem like valuntary resignations and not firing. Situation is not great with no hikes this year any way. All across funding reasons to remove people is the trend right now
