Front end India IB advice
Most of the posts that I've seen here are from tech folks. Looks like a great community for them. But I'm not sure if there are any folks interested in IB or PE here. But let me try... I come from a decent B school and working with a good brand. The only issue I see is in terms of learning and growth. I'm supporting the US market right now and the work appears to be very mundane and dead. Looks like even 2 yrs down the line, I'll be doing the same ad hoc support work with no proper deal exp. Not sure where my career will be headed if I stay here too long. Thinking of trying for Indian I-Banks like Kotak, Avendus or o3. Any advice from anyone who's made any such move? How should one go about it?

As someone working in the middle office, what should I focus on learning to increase my chances of converting a front end role?
Also could share the work that you do on a routine basis?
