Has anyone's mental health been affected due to wfh or social isolation? How do you cope up? Don't tell me exercise, I do that or surround myself with nature . How do you cope up with overthinking subconsciously

Point 1. Get an evening activity in person around your hobby or sport
Point 2: Go work from Cafes .
Point 3: If you are in Bangalore go to place like lahe lahe where activities are organised
Point 4: Talk to a therapist
I kind of started hating wfh because I am working for almost 12 hours and can't spend any quality time with my family.
