I am a homosexual, and I've found the dating culture here to be much better than in other parts of the country. However, I generally keep that aspect of my life private at work. When I started dating, I was well aware of where high-risk behaviour takes you to. I made it a point to get tested every six months. One of my tests took an extra two days for a re-run of the sample, and I received a call to meet the doctor in person. I knew that’s the standard protocol for an HIV positive result. While I wasn't surprised, I was deeply saddened by the results. Coming from a middle-class family, I had worked hard to secure a good job, earn money, and support my family. Yet, this virus seemed to be an inevitable part of my journey ever since my struggles began as a teenager. I've always known that I needed to be successful and strong to succeed in all aspects of life. But this is not a battle that can be won. It is a slow surrender to death. Life is an acceptance of your eventual death for everyone but mine is fated to be in my 50s. Some close friends, family members, and any partners I meet are aware of my condition, but I prefer not to deal with the hassles and perceptions at work. Legally, NACO registration is optional, have chosen not to. With the hookup culture increasing in the city for everyone, I hope this serves as a PSA to be safe.

Has anyone thaught what's good and Bad?why shud we exist in first place? We all make money to live , to eat food , to find a family that we like it or not but forced to get used to it sometimes, work hard for money and then die someday , just like any other animals , what's the point of it . Why die someday after hard work and no enjoyment or die with enjoyment ? Why!!... Anyways noone's gonna remember me , you , or anyone in 100, 200, 1000 years... What's the purpose of living a life according to someone as good or bad ...why live in first place?... If we are born to die , then why be born? Work hard to get a good job , and then to get a good wife ? Do they work that way nowadays? Do you think that if you get rich and find a partner, is she attracted to you or to your riches? And at the end of the day everyone wants a beautiful person who is also rich and doesn't contradict with you..... And I am losing hopes in this generation, in this era , in this world and the entire humanity which is fading away , in the form of society we let humanity die, This world is not for humans alone but for animals also....but we never respect the dogs we see on roads , This world is not fair , and why shud we pretend to be good in an unfair world ? I don't believe in life after death anol, you are made of cells and they do decompose after you are burried and whatever consciousness is it's nothing but release of chemicals that creates an illusion..... And we all believe in that illusion....

I have been in this industry for 4 years now and there is not a single day that i hated this place any less. Today 9th August 2023 i am all alone in my room thinking to myself about what’s the point of this? I have no life i am all alone and tbh i have no real friends. A few of them that i do have are so far away from me busy in their life. No love life no social life. At 27 i feel wasted, done, finished let me clarify not in a suicidal way. I just feel exhausted my body is breaking down by the day i feel. I am just broken at this point and feel like quitting this profession altogether. I just don’t feel happy. The more i work the more irritated and frustrated i get. To top all that i have no one to share my emotions with here. Call it whatever you may wanna call a cry for help, a rant or nonsense. I am at that point where every morning feels like punishment. Every night that i go to bed i try to stay positive but i am not able to. I just hate everything. I am not a lazy man i work for 10-12 hours everyday and i think now that has finally got to me as i feel finished. I don’t know if anyone will read it or not i just wanted to reach out to people or anyone who feels like me. Broken tired and just done with everything.

How much do you plan to accumulate to retire and at what age? What kind of monthly income will let you retire peacefully?

I know it's not a big amount, but felt like announcing this. Here's my nw breakdown- FD/Emergency fund: 5L MF/stocks: 1L Sitting around: 4L (can't get myself to invest it, the market seems very overvalued. Will try to invest this in small chunks over a duration) Next target is 50L, it'll take much longer than this 😭
