The worst company to exist from a culture POV. - Idiots for managers. People who have been there for years but don’t understand how to manage anything apart from their own egos - The CEO is quiet most of the times, despite all the claims of wrongdoing happening within his firm - Terrible paymasters. Denying people their variable pay & bonuses despite their employment agreements clearly stating so. The HR is as useless as the “ueue” at the end of the word queue. - No regard for safety & security of their employees when they travel for work. An employee I know is traveling to Delhi for the fashion week and they couldn’t even book her a hotel. She has to figure everything out on her own. In Delhi. - Their office smells like shit and can’t even handle all their employees coming into work. They don’t have enough chairs to seat everyone but HR wants to call everyone back to office 5 days a week. It’s no surprise that HUL treats them like a stepchild. Nobody wants them, and they’re just about surviving on their own. Think twice before working with them in any capacity. Take your money in advance. Never work for them.
