How is the business growth ? It’s just a sub vertical of YT gaming but they have made into a business. Not sure about revenue but their last round was a year before. Also, Heard that they are fully remote. Rooter is another one which something similar in game streaming.

How is the culture? Anyone worked/working there? Also, JD talks about 'ambiguous' and 'unstructured' team, so red flags showing already 🚩

Folks, need your help in knowing how is the culture at Rippling for, Work Culture - WLB - Mutual Respect - Office timings - Your Peers with whom you will work - Perks and Benefits Product Culture - Are PMs responsible for Product Discovery or just do Project Management for Engineers - Are PMs given Ownership to make a decision impacting business - India PMs value to their counterpart US Managers - Learning culture for PMs I know though I have asked many questions, but would appreciate honest answers on this and accordingly will like to take my judgement for their offer in Bangalore office for Product Lead Role. I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.

My profile - Fintech SPM (B2B) leading a new product (4-5 customers using it, still pre-PMF) in a Series A start-up. Got an admit to GrowthX, but unsure if the application fee (₹75k) is worth it. My main motives - 1. Meeting the right folks who can help me with some insights and advice on achieving PMF for current product, and maybe help with scaling. 2. Finding a product leader/coach who can mentor & help me chart a good future plan for my career for next 3-5 years.
