This is a friendly reminder that stock markets can be brutal. You may have not seen cases of Vakrangee, Suzlon, Yesbank, IL&FS, DHFL etc but when they happen, you are almost dead.

Before people jump into validation mode, I thought let’s do something ulta (opposite)🙃 Pick one of your worst investment mistakes (it can be a stock, RE, ULIP, relationx blah blah) My inputs - During 2021/22 real estate boom, I picked a real estate stonk (india bulls) as I thought it’s a growing sector and company will become beneficiary after all the sins they have committed in past. Bam! Over next 5 months stock crashed ~50% 🥲

Everything seems to indicate that this is the beginning of an extended bullrun till the elections. What is the game plan? Personally, I am all in. First time since 2020, that I have a net zero cash position.

There is a saying that "when there is greed be fearfull and when everyone is fearfull be greedy". Now every tom dick and harry is talking about investing in market and earning great returns. Are we in a bubble ? There is no easy money in markets but currently u will get lot of advice on which stocks to buy from everywhere. What should one do? Pause SIP , remove all money from stocks park it in Liquid fund, FD, bonds, do nothing? Thoughts

I have saved up close to a lac from my Internships, will be starting FT soon. I was thinking of YOLOing my entire savings by buying Zomato shares. I really believe the company will grow multifolds in the future, also I won’t have qualms if they don’t do well and I end up losing my money. I feel it’s better to take a bet on this as the money isn’t really significant and is better used if Invested somewhere. I might just end up wasting it buying AJ1s, Airpods and all that expensive stuff. What do you guys think about this? What’s your view on Zomato’s future? PS- No Index funds, MF advices pls. I’ve done enough research and will Invest once I start getting monthly salary from my FT Job.
