No in Infosys you can join again but not in tcs. You can rejoin Capgemini.
Btw, I heard that if you're on bench for 3 month's in Capgemini, they'll fire you. How true is that?
I'm currently in infosys and if you leave infosys before 4 years (don't count notice period in these 4 years) then you will never be able to join infosys again.
