i don't think so, QR codes are associated with short urls, they just need to update the corresponding long url

Tech died here, there is too much speculation.. QR can be updated without much hassle

Do you remember having to change the PhonePe QR codes when Yes Bank went down in 2020?

Hope they come up with something innovative, tech is malleable
