In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.

New Job vs. New Career: How to Decide ? I am currently working at Accenture and planning to switch companies. However, given the current market conditions, I'm worried about whether I can secure a new job. I have two options:
I work in EY GDS. My last working day in October. I have 28 Annual leaves. I know that personal and special leaves can't be encashed. Can I encash all the 28 Annual leaves? Or is it only 15leaves?
