Capgemini L2 scam
I cleared my technical round at Capgemini on 10th May and also had my HR discussion, after which I was asked to submit BGV documents - which I did on 16th May.
I was told there would be only one round, so l've been waiting for the offer letter since then.
But suddenly, I received an update for an L2 interview scheduled on 29th May. Just wanted to ask: • Has anyone else faced a similar situation? • Is the L2 round usually technical or managerial? Would really appreciate any insights!

Forget interview they are looking for reason to reject you. In their mind you're already out. Move on. CG is anyway biggest scam
It's been a week since my L2 Interview. I haven't got any response from CG invent. Should I consider it a rejection?? How long does it typically take CG invent to respond? What is the pattern in case of selected and joined candidates???
I finally got offer letter from them….if your HR round is done then be assured you will get offer letter
Exact same thing happened for me and my friend too!
We have received an email as well saying Congratulations you have made it to Capgemini!
When we followed up later on, they said it is rejected
That’s strange…I have had my L2 interview and after 3 day she replied I have cleared and further process pending with business
I have offers from both Capgemini and PwC, I was inclined towards Capgemini but now after hearing all this I wonder do they have any implementation projects? Or just the in-house and support ones ?
