I am going to be jobless in 10 days. I have been working with Deloitte for close to 3 years. And somehow the profile or the team I worked on didn't click. I have been struggling with work and trying to adapt as much as possible. But somehow after putting all the efforts I was unable to. That lead me to IAP. Now for the IAP happened in the season where there was no work. So I tried reaching out for work. But somehow I was evaluated on the time when I had no work being said that you had no visibility. Even after that. I got assigned to new project. Which is taking time for me to comprehend as I am doing it for the first time and my IAP lead is my Senior Manager. On the contrary I have been trying my luck a lot to secure outside interview. But I have not been able to crack. I feel like why did I even join this. Maybe it was not my destiny to work with Deloitte. I want to understand how should I go ahead from here what should I do so that I can crack the interview. And being with no job how hard will it be to get the interview and job being Deloitte has got me job interviews in many companies. How hard will it be to get when I don't have that in my background?

It's hard to prove / motivate yourself when on IAP. Approach it with learning and positivity. Schedule weekly learning / feedback session with your manager. Over communicate rather than cutting out the person. Attack the issue mentioned in IAP and rethink where you can gain by changing your own view / perspective of that issue. We fail in work relationships when we don't connect with each other. Be open with your expectations. Have a honest conversation with your manager on how you are feeling. If you are unable to build connection here it's fine - you have to rebuild it from scratch elsewhere in another company. When you work elsewhere be the "manager" you always wanted to have for someone else.
