I am a 2023 batch passout BE CSE, i worked in Newfold Digital company for 7 months in support and now I have just joined tech Mahindra as Associate Software Engineer, I want to know how should i move forward to get a 12lpa package. I have worked on backed(java) Also considering current situation of AI, I would appreciate any comments other fields such as Deep learning or ML

Hello people, please let me know how many of the people on grapevine have an average salary around 50lpa +, how does this even work. I mean how did you reach that level in engineering position. What tech stack helped you, is it better to be a specialist or generalist. Let’s say I’m a ML engineer, what should I do to achieve that level. Thank you.

So i have been searching for a job ,2023 grad ,curr working as cloud operations engineer. 10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role . Looking a change and grow my skills in development field , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. Skills : C++, java , linux , a bit of backend development, ML & Data analyst Current salary : 8 lpa base I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa So GV community please drop such companies name where i can expland and grow my skills.

Hi guys, I have worked for 3 years in my company for Blue Yonder JDA software. As the backend and frontend functionalities specialist. With core technologies used as SQL, PLSQL, Control M and Retail Pricing knowledge. I currently earn around 9LPA fixed. I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. Hi everyone, I'm looking to switch jobs for a better pay as my current CTC is 4.06 LPA which doesn't suffice me at all. Also, I have got many calls for interviews but out of them only 6 interviews got arranged and in those interviews as well I am unable to ace them at all. I'm trying to apply for a Java Full Stack developer. I need suggestions as to where I should concentrate and how I should prepare myself. In the last few interviews that I gave, the interviewers asked questions about creating small programs and they didn't ask anything about my current and previous projects that I worked on. I need some suggestions as to what I can do here in this case. Also, how much salary can I expect for a switch if I have to answer for an expected salary. Thanks.
