Career advice

Anyone here working in the field of mobility? I mean immigration/global mobility in corporates or anywhere else? I have 2.5 years of experience here (Australian immigration; mostly handling business visas) but I am unsure what opportunities I have in the long term? I don't know if I should change my line now or stay here. I am really confused. Would love to know from someone experienced in this role. I have only done Bachelors in Psych, Eco and Socio and don't plan on studying further at the moment. I am more interested in learning on the job and growing from there.
