Career break advice

I took a career break due to health issues of my mom. when i resigned i was able to get few offers but didn't join as i was needed at home. this is around 2 months back

now i'm back looking for new roles. should i mention this in my resume? like the company names of offers i got back then ? any views how to navigate this coming back to job market. also what about compensation, should i expect them to match the earlier offers or expect some hike on this

Be honest to new prospects.

Reach out to the ones that had made you an offer. Reqs don't close that easily or quickly.

Expect same offers. Nothing changes in 3 months.

Did you check with those orgs that offered you whether they still have those openings?

2-3 months is very less time to call it a break. In fact if u like any of the offers you got, call them and check and if their positions are filled. And esp in India, tell them you have a couple of valid offers in hand so that you can negotiate to the salary you desire.
