Career counselling after graduation

I have a cousin who’s just out of college completing BCom. She has no clue what next. I’d want her to talk to someone who can guide her (read: tell her all possible options) on what are her strengths/weaknesses and possible career options she can take. Are there any quality platforms for such services? Would be even great if someone has used it first hand. Thanks!
