Career Guidance required

Hello. I am currently in the Insurance sector. I have a Bachelor's degree in commerce and 10+ years of experience in both Operations and Sales. I am willing to upgrade my skills and try another sector(Most probably in Data Analytics). I have also enrolled for Data Analysis course on coursera. I was wondering whether it is too late for me or are these courses worth the time. And what are the list of courses I should follow. Thanks in advance.
