Career path change - recommendations needed

My brother is into retail banking with around 15 years of exp. Now is he planning to switch and move towards project or pragram management. He is looking out for few certifications but havent been able to figure out one.

Any recommendations from the community on how he should proceed.

Cannot think of any certifications. But considering how much experience he has I would say he’s already ready for a Program management role. Just basic learning from YouTube should be good to get him to get some of these jobs
