Carrer advice ( shifting from backend to full stack)

Hi everyone, currently I am working as backend developer where I have exposure to Java, spring boot, Kafka and other BE tech. I have been offered a job in full stack development where I basically will handle a complete module, which means both in Java backend, some kotlin and react as FE and UI part also. Should I make this switch I'm just concerned will it affect my chances of getting BE centric jobs in future. For reference I have 1.3 years of exp in BE development currently . The company offering job is Target.
