The market might be big, but we don't wanna be ola, so we started only with Gurgaon, not even entire NCR. We had this pilot project run from almost an year and faced pretty many problems with the drivers, and we have been overcoming
@Rhombus now it is being rolled out nationwide ? How's the economics of it ? From personal experience I've seen building the supply for this kind of business (i.e. onboarding drivers is an expensive affair). How was the journey of building this at Cars24 ?
No, this is limited to Gurgaon for now.
We've planned to work in other cities as well. Yes, onboarding drivers is expensive and we aren't onboarding in huge numbers. We'll gradually reach there, safety of both customers and drivers are kept in mind.
