We are not going to buy the usual excuse " They are good at their work" From. Mgnt and foreign clients. Obviously there is a gap, it's unethical and it should be fixed.
And it will be these castes who will say and do anything to not let caste census happen, or claim it is bad data once it's done.

Yes. Caste census will help us understand the gap between the total population of a particular caste and how much is it’s representation in different sectors.
For example, if a caste X constitutes 10% of population in a state/district/city, we need to understand if X has 10% representation in government posts, political posts and private sector. If it’s less, then X needs affirmative action to improve their representation in all sectors
