Suggest me how should i plan
I own an IT agency. My friend, who is presently a Givt employee, holds an engineering degree and has a good hold in web dev and app dev. He wants to join and wants leads to work upon. How should i manage his commission / fees for set project he works for .

Hire his mom and make payments to her. Govt employee can not legally hold a second job. Paying him/her would be equal to bribe if ever there was a complaint/investigation.
