When will hiring begin

I have seen lot of posts about openings lately, are companies back to hiring now or what exactly is the market going on ? People who have recently applied can share their experiences on the market, compensation hike and ghosting by HRs if it is still happening

I am graduating in 2024 and looking for joining entry level product/business analyst roles . I am wondering when the things will get normalise and hiring frequency will become normal as most of the students even from IITs and other premium institutes are finding it hard to bag jobs unlike in past years , what should I do being a tier 3 college student having a mechanical engineering background who wants to switch to product/biztech roles , i am planning to puruse MIM abroad after 2 years , will I face any difficulties in finding jobs in European regions if target hec Paris/LBS OR INSEAD FRANCE OR ESSEC

To skip the long story I was fired out of nowhere by the company I was working for my supervisor never told me I was doing nothing wrong everybody played it off until I received a call saying they let me go I have 2 kids under 2 it’s been hard trying to upskill and study for to make myself more valuable and my spouse works idk what to do I feel like I’m useless and a waste of life.

COVID level hiring which happened till mid of 2022 was exceptional and will never happen again. But precovid situation was much better than now. If any of you are experienced and know industry in depth can you tell me when precovid level of hiring again begin?

I have been reading posts about recovery in IT and that hiring has started happening again but really who is hiring? And are people really getting hired? I am yet to see posts on LinkedIn about people starting new jobs.

After the exciting 2+ yrs ( including 6 months internship) as a software developer, I have decided to move on to a new opportunity at a company with a strong financial foundation. I'd love to connect with folks working in the Backend Development space, passionate about building high-performance APIs and microservices ( Node.js/MongoDB/MySQL). As we know, the tech industry has seen its share of changes lately, I have been actively exploring the job market for the past 2 months but no luck. Do I loose out on senior roles in larger/ ‘branded’ orgs as I gain more experience due not being an MBA from top 10? Current role - PM at Unicorn YoE - 4.5 , Pm ex -2 Education : BTech from tier 3 college Ctc - 41 lpa + esops I haven’t been able to get any short lists from MANGA or other large tech orgs only from startups.
