What us your favourite time of your job

So I am working at a startup for around a year now. Everyday I see, it feels, what am I really doing? Where is the life headed? Doing bare minimum or doing your tasks and fucking off isn't enough. It's expected that we outgrow constantly, as if it's this work that we can always think about and nothing else. At the end, am wondering if it's still worth it? 1 day it feels that let's just quit it! Next day I feel, okay, I do want the money. I ain't looking for suggestions here, just wanted to see if anyone else felt this way

For me 5 - I start by 11 and end by 7 but take an hour lunch break, 4-5 tea/coffee breaks and some gossips - I tracked one day and it was 5.2 hrs. What about you?

Too much negativity everywhere. I just want to find ppl who genuinely like what they are doing. If you are one, what do you do and what makes you happy?

I am thinking to put papers I am currently having 6.5 years of experience and recently I got a offer in a product based company but this is very small US based firm which is having office only in hyderabad in india. My peers are saying If I put papers now and after notice period I will be released in November and it is a dry season for hiring. Any suggestions which is best month to switch because I want to get offer in MNC since I am having a bad experience with small firms they loaded me with work . I am in a complete dilemma. Any suggestions will be helpful?

After lunch or before? P.S. we have 1 hr lunch break scheduled in work day. So I consider second half AFTER lunch. My boss wants second half before lunch, because who eats for 1hr 😶‍🌫️
