Job switch, acquired startup.

I'm a product manager in a company which got acquired some 1.4 yrs back. Our founder's clause to be with the company ends this November. We both were very similar products and slowly the acquirers have started merging things to one. What are the red flags here to look for, when to jump the wagon. It looks good as of now, but doubtful after december if founder decides to quit!
