68% people are off job and none will raise their voice against these lay-offs, I have faced the worse way of handling a layoff after five years in Cisco it is not ethical at all. Not only that the management tried to frame me so badly that it led to humiliation in front of my colleagues. I loved Cisco but not anymore…
