Cognizant or Accenture
Can someone guide me how to get joining bonus from cognizant. I have joined cognizant on 21st - 12 LPA after some delay with bgv but I received offer from accenture on 27th - 14 LPA. Can I email to HR asking for joining bonus ..since it is a delay in joining...I will not be paid with this month salary too..

If u have already signed offer letter and bgv is done then u cant ask for joining bonus as this is something thats needs to be done when before ur offer letter.
True..they are not ready to give.. I got accenture offer after 7 days of joining in Cognizant...so no possible of bonus and can't move to accenture too.
You can move to Accenture, drop paper in new company. You don’t have to serve notice period too as you must be in probation period.
