Confused bw Fintech Startup and MNC

I'm currently working in a fintech startup as backend engineer, with ESOPs

I have another competing offer, from an MnC, it has it's present in USA in it's industry.

Work at startup is pretty intense, but pay is good. I want to know if my ESOPs will be worth anything? Or if I should stay and switch to another company.

My biggest concern Fintech and Banks would only be intrested in relevant work experience than just work experience.
