CTS vs Wipro which is better ! Help me to choose one.

I had got offer from both companies for testing . CTS is related to lead automation for 20.75 LPA where kind of managing team and may have on site opportunity, whereas Wipro I had senior automation same kind of role as CTS but they offer me 25 LPA. Please suggest me which is great to chose despite salary I need to choose for good career and work life balance. Thanks
