Cube (cubehq.ai) Company Review : πŸ‘Ž Interview Experience β˜…β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†

I recently went through the interview process with Cube (cubehq.ai), and I feel compelled to share my experience, which I found to be deeply troubling. The initial stages of the interview, including the HR round and the subsequent management team interview, seemed promising. However, things took a turn for the worse when they requested an extensive 8-9 hour assignment to be completed within next 3 days.

What followed was incredibly frustrating. After submitting the assignment, I received no feedback, no acknowledgment, and my follow-up inquiries were met with silence. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but raises serious ethical concerns about their hiring practices.

Upon further investigation, it became evident that Cube may be utilizing these assignments to train their AI models or develop their own AI software for automating SEO processes. While innovation in AI is commendable, it is disheartening to see it leveraged in a way that exploits candidates' skills without any intention of fair compensation or acknowledgment. This practice feels not only unethical but also a blatant misuse of the time and effort invested by applicants.

The entire interview process seems designed to benefit Cube at the expense of hopeful candidates, who are left feeling undervalued and disrespected. It’s one thing to assess skills through practical assignments, but it’s another to use those assignments as a means to further your own business objectives without any intention of hiring or providing feedback.

Stay away from this organization at all costs.

Even big companies like jupiter do the same. There is zero accountability in recruitment, we need few applicants to start suing the shit of these companies or nothing would change.
