Next Byjus in Making?

To all the people who blindly criticize the product, I think product is good. You should look into some videos on how science concepts are explained by Byjus Team on YouTube ROI- Cost of Byjus is about Rs 15 a Day, or about Rs 1600 per month..( Rs80,000 course of 5 years) Education as per UN as the highest ROI compared to any other investment. Bring up your questions and blind criticism. Remember if Byjus fails startup ecosystem will break down.

I am currently working in a startup which has a terrible WLB. My drive to work has been completely killed and i see myself totally quitting this line of work due to it. But i am willing to give myself last chance to find a company that has decent pay but good WLB. So just asking folks here any MNC which is still hiring and has a good WLB please let me know.

What could they do to undo this downward spiral?

The new manager doesn't care about health , does back bitching, says mera kaam hona chaiye legit thekedaari style and I don't care , asks to work on weekends , takes all the credit , asks to come to office when most of the team is working remotely. It's a new Byjus in making !

Byjus Financial FY 22 Results will come out next week and internal news is that Byjus have done around USD 1 Billion revenue and same loss . One more round of layoffs happening soon with so many VPS being shown the door
