Handling interns

I interviewed and hired two interns One of them is great multitasking, he handles work as good as me. If given PPO, he will easily become an equal. Second one is like Hansa (remember Khichdi show). He does one thing at one time, and takes min two weeks for each. He has been with us for three months now- none of his tasks are complete. He will do no brainer work well, bring paper, pen, coffee. How to get them to work at same level, so some of my workload can reduce
