Folks who were in middle of interviews, but the position got filled/ put on hold, how did it go? Did the HR contact you again for similar position?

I was interviewing for Cred, gave all their 3 rounds for the sde intern position. I month after my last round I got a call saying that company is no more hiring and thus my offer can never be rolled out. It felt very bad as I always wanted to join Cred. But anyways, I got a better offer and am working there. Thanks!!
