Is there any one who has done a mid career transition to data/tech? I have been part of edtechs most of my career, have learnt backend, cloud and data analysis on the job. I am now quite done with edtech in general and want to do something different. I am facing issues in getting my resume shortlisted for data roles. Any one has any suggestions?

I'm a Bcom grad with 2 years of experience as a US recruiter and around 1 year of experience as a customer service rep. I was into IT and tech stuff but I did not pursue anything at the time. Now I am very interested in changing my career paths to anything in the fields of IT but idk what interests me in specific all I know is I am not very fond of the coding side of IT. So can you please suggest what courses/certifications would help me secure a job?

I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. Hi, I am 28 YO currently working in a non-tech role. In few next years I completely want to switch to tech role (preferably SDE) for myriads of reasons but number one being my logical skills and and my love for creation. How should I start working on my skills? Currently I am in a foreign language profile and I have heard from my friends in UK that being bilingual really helps people in tech field. Please suggest ways for getting the degree or skills or both.
