Unpopular millennial opinion: Gen Z is doing well as artists.

Is it just me or you'll think that our millennial's adult life is hard compared with all these generations.

I’m an older millennial with a significant proportion of my team being Gen z. I see them being very different to how I was as a junior. Any thoughts on this?

This guy has lost his hope from GenZ because a certain campaign was created in 2018 for Kylie Jenner by her American audience? Why the generalization? Also, what's with the superiority? Multi-million scams being done by millennials and boomers doesn't attract any titles to any particular segment? Let's make that official? Ek book likhne se gyaan dena asaan ho jaata hai kya? Lost hope bol raha hai, iss author ko ye bhi nahi pata "Its official" nahi "It's official" hoga, kya aadmi hai ye 😞

I hate entitled genz.. Most frauds, brought up on soyboy YouTube channels . Boomers hated the millenials.. Millenials were too much talk and true most of it is. So why the fuck should millenials bend over backwards for genz. If they die, they die.

I'll be happy to answer any questions about GenZ! GenZ are the most diverse generation (accelerated by growing up with the internet since we were 4 years old) and you cannot generalise by saying 'this is genz' because no matter what, not even 30% of us are similar. Yes, we run after validation on Instagram. And yes it's unhealthy. But it's not fair to single us out. Older generations have also been obsessed with TV News, FB and Twitter. No need to deny, we all know. GenZ also more openly talks about mental health and we call out things which the older generations just accepted as 'aisa hi hota hai'. Think Gender Inclusivity, Harmful Climate Practices, Running after only Salary, Marriage and Kids, Jobs where you're not treated with Basic Human Dignity, Shitty Mental Health, etc. We're conscious about prioritising our mental health, even though it's tougher for us than ever before, so we're sorry if our calling things 'toxic' annoys you a little. We're all extremely concerned about Climate Change because we know we're the last generation which can fix this.

How are companies and startups doing marketing for Gen Z? Does anybody have any idea about this?
