Is SAP Hana good to do after B.Com ?

Hey guys , my brother completed b.com recently ( preparing for govt exams along it since 2 yrs) , looking for option B if it fails to get govt job . So asking , Is SAP hana a good skill to do ( it's scope , learning source / offline or online / certification/ how to apply) or else he should try another thing ?? Please do share your honest advice , grapes 🍇.

SAP HANA is good. Make sure first if you are planning to push him to Functional or Technical resource Functional makes more sense as he would not have coding skills. Go for SAP SD, MM and he will grow eventually.

Non-IT to IT at the age of 32

At the age of 32 I want to switch career from electrical background to IT. After some research I want to go to SAP basis, or any other ERP. At this age is it right thing to do?? Plz suggest. I have learnt SAP basis from online and is somewhat good at it. But didn't work professional in SAP. Used to practice from rented servers and dumps. In electrical am earning 40,000 which I think is low and I can't see better future pay than this here. Although the job is stable, pay is very less in this field. Please give suggestions
