2023 Grad's offer revoked to Dec

My offer (from a FAANG company) has been deferred to January 2024. I don't know what to do now: 1) I have another job offer (~8 LPA), but that job requires me to serve notice period of 2-3 months 2) A startup's founder rejected me, saying he wanted someone for long term (he thought I'll leave next January) Should I try for full time jobs? Many companies become unwilling to take me in, presuming that I will leave in January 2024. Or should I look for internships (even though I have graduated)? Getting an internship won't help mitigate the risk of not having a fulltime job offer after graduation though.

Hey Folks, I am a final year BMS grad from DU with over 14 months of internship experience at various startup’s as a generalist intern. I am out looking for a job but every startup needs immediate joining whereas I have 3 months of college left and I see no point in interning anymore. I am currently doing an SDE Internship in one of the startups in gurugram. Initially I was given a 6 month intern + full time offer, all went well, but in the last month this company is revoking full time offers of some interns and extending the intern offer to 3-4 months. I am currently in my third year studying computer science and I am confused about what to do next. Here are some quick points about my profile: - Strong GitHub profile - Part of Google's summer of code 2023 - Built some interesting projects (tech stack: typescript, postgres, redis) - I have studied a fair bit of High Level Design (System Design) - I have a decent leetcode profile (500 questions mostly medium and Hard) (1800 contest rating) - I also have strong CS fundamentals (DBMS, oop, CN) I am currently getting interviews from startups but they want 6 month interns and I cannot do such a long internship right now with college. I am only available for a 2 month summer intern (which most startups don't want). I am from a Tier 2 college and we do have some good companies come for placements but I'm not sure about the scenario for next year. Hello Hyderabad. My on campus offer of 15 LPA has been revoked by the company before 15days joining and i have no option, so confused right now. What should a tier 3 2023 graduate do now in this situation?

Hello everyone, So I am an ML intern and a 2024 cs graduate, I have been doing internships since 3rd year of my engineering and right now I am interning at an startup since 1 year and I don't have any full time offer as of now and the startup where I am interning is also not talking about full time offer, so what should I do now, ask for increment in stipend, ask for full time offer(talked to them in December, HR told will see when in April may, when we will raise funding, he also added "consider that you will not get" but I still kept interning) or keep applying at other places?

I am a tier three college student with good coding skills, and as we all know, the market situation is totally messed up. Despite this, I have received one offer of 5 LPA in Surat (startup) for the role of SDE - 1. What should I do? I don’t have any experience or internship offer is based on all interviews rounds and coding skills. Any opinion is it good start !?
