Approached by Razorpay for a PM role, need Salary insights.

Was recently approached by Razorpay for a role at their payroll or Ezetap function. They are looking to hire for PM and PM 2, and I qualify for both of these roles. Can someone please help me out with the exact compensation for both the roles in this format : In Hand + Variable

Is it like a straight away offer or u r confident to ace the interview? If neither then best to think about it post offer or before HR discussion. Anyway, just look for top band offer for ur yoe and it should be doable with some lowballing
